In 2017 an opportunity arose to make a Riesling from another local vineyard.
Having worked with riesling elsewhere in the world it was good to make some from local Granite Belt fruit. Just to keep things interesting.
This wine has been made in a very gentle manner , whole bunch pressed and fermented cool with a typical german yeast.
It displays lifted lime lavender and floral elements with fresh and long citrus and floral notes.
